CHENNAI: Anna University on Monday launched a new app ‘Knimbus Mobile Library’ to provide remote access to e-books, e-journals to students studying in its four campuses including College of Engineering, Guindy (CEG). Through this app, the Knimbus Mobile Library, students can search for books and save the relevant portions on their gadgets during their free time.
“Students can take notes, highlight the lines and save them for future use. We can also know which e-books students are using more and which articles they refer to. It would be helpful in purchasing e-books and e-journals in the coming years as well,”
