Jakarta (ANTARA News) – CEO of technology-based gadget repair service startup Klikfix, Andrew Suhalim, guarantees the quality of user gadget repairs by training partners called Klikfix fixxers.
“There are tier 1, 2, 3 and 4 certifications. They are tested because we have an “SOP” where they have to know what the device scheme is,” said Andrew at a media meeting in Jakarta, Wednesday.
“We have a two-week training program. After passing the training, they will be identified as specialists in which gadget, so that when an order comes in, the order will be received by a technician who has that skill,” he continued.
Not only that, to guarantee the quality of repairs, Andrew said, Klikfix also provides a one year guarantee for devices that have been repaired.
Klikfix itself provides 80 percent of profits to fixxers. Andrew emphasized that Klikfix is a platform to match consumers with services, “it doesn’t want to kill traditional markets,” he said.
Currently Klikfix has 50 fixxers. Since its launch in July last year, Klikfix has received 750 gadget repair orders per month, which continues to grow until this month it recorded 2,000 gadget repair orders per month.
“Until this year, the minimum was 5,000 orders per month,” said Andrew.
Apart from Jabodetabek, Klikfix advisor and investor Daniel Van Leeuwen said that Klikfix plans to expand to a number of big cities in Indonesia.
“We plan to go to big cities such as Surabaya, Bandung, Bali. Therefore, we will study the user experience of our brand where we offer comfort, trust and price,” said Daniel.
